Payment must always be upfront, I will start working on your commission once payment is received
I accept payment through both Paypal and Cashapp (USD)Refunds won't be taken unless on rare cases where I'm absent or unable to your commission, you'll be given a choice to edit your order or receive a refund

The usual time it takes to get a piece done takes 2-3 weeks and can go up to 2 months (Vary depending on what you get) so please be patient with me !!
